This song peaked at #1 on the US Hot Hip Hop and R&B singles and tracks. Al B. Sure! has been a subtle but obvious collaborator (if you pay close attention to those involved in music during this time period) and has since had DeVante Swing lend his production skills to aid his albums Private Times... and the Whole 9! and Sexy Versus. DeVante Swing, well known as the brains behind Jodeci, put the SWING on songs like Touch You, Sure! Thang, and Turn You Out. Amazing songs and dope collaborations since the early 90s.
